Itinerary

  1. 8:00 – 8:45Your guide meets you at your hotel and checks your bike. Cycle about 2 km to Tiger Temple market to buy spices and vegetables for the class.
  2. 8:45 – 9:45Cycle about 5 km through rice fields and peaceful villages with areca gardens to Tra Que Vegetable Village.
  3. 9:45 – 10:15Walk through the garden and learn about the culinary herbs and vegetables used in the class.
  4. 10:15 – 11:45Meet your chef, learn the recipes and cook banh xeo (Vietnamese pancake), Vietnamese spring rolls and Tam Huu salad.
  5. 12:00 – 1:30 PMLunch with the food you made, and time to relax.
  6. 1:30 – 2:15 PMCycle back to your hotel.

Timings are a guide and may change with the weather, but the sites and activities stay the same. For groups of 10 or more, spring rolls are taken off the menu to keep to the schedule.
