Itinerary

  1. 8:15 AMA local guide picks you up at your hotel.
  2. 8:45 AMGo to the local market by car to see how fresh ingredients are bought and meet the sellers; the guide shows you the ingredients for the lesson.
  3. Transfer to Cam Thanh village by car and ride a traditional bamboo basket boat among the palm trees.
  4. At the local restaurant, cook five dishes: banana salad, Hoi An spring roll, banh xeo, pho and fish in clay pot. Enjoy what you have cooked, with sautéed garlic spinach, steamed rice and fruit for dessert.
  5. 12:40 PMDrive back to your hotel. End of tour.

The afternoon class starts at 1:15 PM and finishes around 5:00 PM with the same programme.
